Hi , we now just need to safely obtain access to your Facebook assets, where we’ll be placing and running your ads.
By using the method on this page, you can normally do this with just a couple of clicks.
Important, please note:
1 – This facility usually works best if you are on a laptop or desktop computer
2 – Using the box on this page will try to safely assign us to your Facebook business page and your Facebook ad account. If you don’t currently have an ad account that can be shared, it will guide you to create one – please follow the instructions that will be given in that case, so that you can set up and share an ad account
3 – If you do have a Facebook ad account but it’s not showing in the list, please see instructions below.

Can't select Facebook ad account?
If you are unable to share access to your ad account, this is most likely because your ad account is a ‘personal’ account.
By default, personal ad accounts are not connected to a Facebook Business Manager, which is where ad accounts are safely shared with agencies like ours. So first, you have to either create a Business Manager or, if you already have Business Manager, add the ad account to an existing one:
1 – First, to create a new Business Manager, go to https://business.facebook.com/create
If you already have a Business Manager, skip to step 5.
2 – Click on “Create Account” on the right upper hand side
3 – Define the account details
4 – You will receive an email to confirm your email address. Go to your email inbox and click the link to confirm it.
5 – Go to the Ad Account section of your newly created Business Manager and select “Add an ad account”
6 – Add your ad account by inserting your ad account ID number – this is typically between 6-14 digits long. For details of where to find your ad account ID number, please refer to Facebook’s help document here: https://www.facebook.com/business/help/1492627900875762

Now, to share your ad account with us, please use the system on this page again, which should now recognise your ad account.
