Hi , we now just need to safely obtain access to your Google Ads account, where we’ll be placing and running your ads.

By using the method on this page, you can normally share access quickly and easily. However, if you experience any issues at all, please email support to request help.

Important note – when you’ve entered your Google Ads account number on this page, you’ll receive a share request from Google via email. If you experience any difficulty in accepting the share request, this is almost always for one of these reasons:

1 – the Google Ads account is new and not fully set up. You may have to go through the initial stages of creating a campaign (just use dummy information and pause the campaign, or ‘skip’ if you have that option) and ensure there’s a valid payment method on the account

2 – only the account owner can share access. If you definitely created the account yourself, Google will send the share email to whichever email address you used when you created the account. If the account wasn’t set up by yourself, you won’t be able to share it – just create a new ad account and share that new account ID number with us.
