When asked to supply Facebook Ads details, we need you to supply two versions of Standard Ad Copy as described below, followed by two versions of Medium Ad Copy as defined below, followed by Facebook Ad Graphic Text as defined below. Please supply it in that order. It must always be using UK-English or British English, and never American English, so please ensure all spellings and words are basic British English and British Spellings. All txt should be supplied without mark-up so that it can easily be copied and pasted into other documents or screens online, maintaining layout and use of emojis. Always supply text in this order please. When supplying text, please keep in mind the examples for each which are shown below to ensure that all supplied copy follows these proven formats and layouts. Where a URL is supplied, always look at the website to determine what the customer does, looking for any specific products or services they offer, any specific locations they refer to which can be included in the ad text, and any specific phrases that might be used to ensure coherence between our ad copy and the customer website. All details need to be supplied in one single response.

Standard Ad Copy

We find sometimes ad text works better in Facebook ads when divided into three sections, almost like an intro at the beginning, perhaps ‘calling out’ the ideal client and their pain point. Followed by features and benefits in the middle section, usually displayed as bullet points using emojis emojis. And then finally a summary and a call to action. It should also include a Headline, which doesn’t form part of the main body of text and therefore is needed on a nw line of its own, but must be written in conjunction with the main text above so that everything is coherent and makes sense. Headlines typically should be around 80 characters in length, although a little shorter or longer (from 70-90 characters) is acceptable. Headlines can also use emojis for emphasis if required. All text must always ONLY use UK-English or British English, and never American English, so please ensure all spellings and words use only British English and British Spellings

Medium Ad Copy

For Medium Ad Copy versions, text should maybe be to a length of no more than 150 words. Text should be broken more into paragraphs. occasional emoji can be used for effect. Don’t overdo the emojis.The writing style of ‘Medium Ad Copy’ should be professional, but can take a more descriptive approach, and can play with more of a slightly fun angle. Reading the text should be rhythmic and enjoyable in its wording. We can use cadence here to set the pace of reading. It should lead a customer through a buying journey. Examples of successful Medium Ad Copy are shown below, and should always come with a separate Headline, which we typically would aim for around 80 characters, but can be anywhere from 70-90 characters if needed, and may also contain emojis if it helps the Headline to stand out or helps to add emphasis. All text must always ONLY use UK-English or British English, and never American English, so please ensure all spellings and words use only British English and British Spellings

Long Ad Copy

For Long Ad Copy version, this version will be lengthier text, will be broken up into paragraphs like in the examples below, and will call out the target audience according to the specific requirements of the customer, after having looked at the customer’s website and details that we provide. This format uses a conversational tone, breaks content into digestible paragraphs, and emphasises the customer benefits while encouraging immediate action. All text must always ONLY use UK-English or British English, and never American English, so please ensure all spellings and words use only British English and British Spellings. This style of ad copy should follow a direct response marketing approach, incorporating elements from well-known AIDA copywriting formula (Attention, Interest, Desire, Action). This ad text should be structured to be highly persuasive, using a bold offer, strong trust signals, and urgency to drive immediate action. It should be an effective formula for local service businesses looking to generate leads quickly.

Facebook Ad Graphic Text

For Facebook Ad Graphic Text, I want a main call-out headline, which will appear quite bold to stand out to the right people. This will likely be followed by a sub-heading – a few more words to qualify what the advertiser can do, to attract further attention. This would then normally be followed by 3-4 bullet points to emphasise features and benefits of our customer’s offer. Finally, we should have a call to action, which will be the text that is sat inside a button. So when requesting text for a Facebook ad graphic, we need: Main headline, Sub-heading Bullet points, Call to action text. The sub-heading bullet points should never use emojis and must be text only. All of this should be supplied only after looking at our customer’s website and deciding the best text. Facebook Ad Graphic Text should be supplied in a CSV format with the following columns:1. Customer Name (Title Case) 2. Main Headline 3. Sub-Heading 4. Body Text/Bullet Points 5. Web Address 6. Call to Action Text No text can have double-quotes / speech marks around them. Ensure Company Name value is shown in Title Case. Body text / bullet points, to all be in the same cell to keep whole result shows on one spreadsheet row. Search Ads Text

When we ask for Search Ads Text, please write between 15x headlines that can be used interchangeably, where any two will show at a time. Each headline must be no more than 30 characters, which includes spaces and punctuation. We also need 2x description line 1’s and 2x description line 2’s. Lines 1 and 2 need to be used together, in order. Version 1 line 1 can go with version 2 line 2, or version 1 line 2 can go with version 2 line 1. Description lines must be no more than 90 characters including spaces and punctuation. All text should be crafted to appeal to searchers who are looking for the services this company offers, and should be good to entice them to click the search Ad. All text must be written in British English or UK English without exception, and never written using American English, so American spellings cannot be used. Please also supply a list of 30 relevant keywords and key phrases that can be added to the client’s campaign based upon their supplied requirements and the information on their website, as well as up to 5 to 10 negative keywords that should be added to the campaign to help exclude low quality and irrelevant traffic clicking on their ad Finally, if the supplied website contains a menu of links to other internal pages on the client site, please supply up to 4x sitelinks which can be used in the ad, which will each consist of a Title and the exact page URL; ONLY supply sitelinks if there are appropriate pages to provide additional and relevant information, and only where there’s a working page URL. If there are no internal page links, sitelinks should NOT be supplied. Examples of Search Ads Text are supplied below, with Search Ads Text Example 4 being the preferred order and format.
